Our Depot Department is staffed with qualified personnel to the portable
industry, trained in a variety of products and manufacturers.

Our Depot is located at our corporate service facility in Parkersburg,
WV. If you would like to view a map to this location, click here. For
arrangements to leave your
equipment at one of our field service facilities for shipment to our
depot, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-854-2888 for
assistance.
- How our depot works.
Your equipment is sent to our Depot located at Parkersburg, WV. Once here,
the equipment is evaluated by manufacturer to determine if it is a Warranty
or Non-Warranty repair.
NOTE: Equipment shipped to
our location will be repaired (without additional prior authorization
from the customer) unless other arrangements are made with us in
advance. If you require an Estimate or need to attach a Purchase Order
to the repair, please call our Customer Service Department for
assistance.
Warranty Repairs:
Equipment is evaluated to determine if the Warranty repair may be
completed in-house or must submitted to the manufacturers Depot
Department. In-house repairs are available for most Motorola brands
(exception is the Radius line) as well as other manufacturers.
Motorola:
Portables are shipped to the respective Motorola Depot for repair. Portable
repairs take approximately 7-10 days. A nominal Warranty Processing Fee
is charged to cover shipping and handling.
Other Brands:
Repairs on equipment will vary. Call our Depot Department for further
information.
Non-Warranty Repairs:
Equipment is evaluated to determine the most cost
efficient method of repair for our customers. Depending on this
evaluation, equipment may be shipped to the manufacturers Depot facility or
serviced at our in-house depot.
NOTE: Service of equipment includes
the repair or replacement of defective housings, batteries, antennas,
and accessories.
Estimates:
Estimating repair costs (prior to repair) is an available service to our
customers. However, to provide this service, equipment must be evaluated
to determine the nature of the repair. A nominal bench fee is charged for
this service. Estimates will then be made available to our customers for
review and approval before repairs begin. If repairs are approved, the
bench fee is absorbed into the repair costs. Please call our Depot Department
to arrange for this service or if you have a question on your estimate.
